Our hot water heater blew up after 5P on a Friday. We called The Hot Water Heater Pros since they had installed it 3 yrs ago, & it remained under warranty. They found our records, came by to confirm that repair was not possible, & scheduled the replacement installation for Monday. Cole, the technician arrived early for the appointment, efficiently installed the new tank with care & precision. We had to pay $600 for labor, which I disagree with but paid; you’d have to pay more to start fresh with a new vendor. But out of warranty, I’ll hire the company that truly honors the warranty and does not charge labor under warranty. They do exist, so ask about this when replacing a heater that’s not under warranty. Again, the technician was AWESOME!

I hired The Hot Water Pros to flush my tankless water heater. Communication was great. Great pricing. I don’t know if it is the placebo effect, but I feel like my water heater is working more efficiently now. I highly recommend. Thank you guys!

The Staff at The Hot Water Heater Pros , are just that “PRO’s”.
Everyone is so prompt and professional . I emailed them about 8am and they were here by 930 to fix my Water heater issues. Folks , you cannot beat that kind of service anywhere , especially in the kind of weather we were having with icy streets and snow.

These guys are AMAZING! We lost our tankless water heater in the ice storm. They came out at 7 PM and put a new one in for us. They did an amazing job, gave us a great price, and got us going quick. Both of their installers were top-notch PROs and super nice guys. They care about their work and their customers and it shows. I literally could not recommend this company more.

The Hot Water Heater Pros came out for a couple of jobs. They replaced my water heater and came out a couple of days later to replace the pressure regulator and some corroded. Their communication and timeliness was great, and they did a thorough job. I also appreciate their up front pricing.

I reached out to them on a Saturday when other places wouldn’t answer the phone. My water heater is only 2 years old, and the flame kept going out. Over the phone they walked me through trying to find issues that might be the reason, and it turns out the painters working on my house had covered the vent with a plastic bag. it was pushing the water heater flame out. Problem was fixed in minutes once I removed the bag. Very nice and honest people. I will be switching to them as my normal go to plumber for all other house issues.

My technician was on time and quick to determine that a plumber who did some work this past week shutoff the power to our water tank. Service charge was fair and advised to check water in 2 hours and if there were any problems to get back in touch. No phony analysis of needing repairs or a new instant hot water tank. Will definitely call them again for any future problems

I called Sunday when our water heater stopped working. Steve was very friendly and the technician came first thing Monday morning and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. Thank you for such quick service, excellent work, and being so responsive and quick, especially on the weekend. They even identified some prior install issues from the previous installation company and we had this work done as well. Thank you!

On Oct. 22nd we discovered our 16 year old water heater was leaking. We researched local companies, compared pricing, and after speaking with a representative of a gas company we selected “Hot Water Pro’s”, as hot water tanks is their core competency. I spoke with Chis at “Hot Water Pro’s” on Oct 22nd @ 1pm and on Oct. 23rd @ 11:45 am our professional grade hot water tank was installed. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience.

Steve came out and quickly gave me an honest assessment of my heater, laid out all available options for me within my budget, and I had a new system up and running within 2 days of my initial call. The professionalism, and the honesty/transparency with which Steve worked, was some of the best I have experienced in this industry. Very much recommend using these guys if you are reading these reviews trying to decide which company to go with. You won’t regret it.

I called at 0730 and they were here to replace the water heater and clean up the leaky mess before lunch. They were done in less than an hour and was on their way! Their products are fully warrantied too, so no worries! I’m so glad I called them. I’d recommend them to everyone!! Thank you!

I called late on a weeknight after my hot water heater failed. My call was answered right away. They were able to give me a quote over the phone based on the size and type of water heater I had and I was scheduled for the next morning for install. This is the best water heater experience I have ever had! After being quoted an exorbitant amount by another company to replace my water heater, I was recommended The Water Heater Pros and they came in with a much better price, much better customer service and not trying to sell me on stuff I didn’t need! They were in and out in less than a hour and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We have had nothing but good experiences with The Hot Water Pros of Franklin. They did a tankless water heater replacement for us while we were out of town and everything went smoothly. There were a few things that needed attention afterward, and they promptly showed up to fix them. A few months later, we had a recurring issue and they came in an hour after I called them to fix it. Highly recommend.

Chris returned my call promptly, answered my questions and scheduled a visit quickly for first thing the next morning. He arrived promptly on time. Given the age of my existing hot water heater (+15yo) replacement required. He was very patient to walk me through the replacement options and answer my questions to help me choose the best fit solution. Replacement was reasonably priced and available immediately to be installed. In fact, I advised Chris that I had an appointment out of the home later this morning and he began the uninstall of old unit right away, while a colleague dropped off the new unit, to help best accommodate my schedule! New unit installed, Chris walked me through the warranty information and various parts of new unit and his installation. Work area left clean and tidy – all done quickly and I was on time for my appointment as well! Very good experience from start to finish! (Even handyman here doing repair work on the deck was impressed! 😁) Thanks for making what could have been a very stressful situation, as painless as possible.

Outstanding service and quality of installation.
Initially there was a minor installation issue with the first tank they installed. I called and spoke with Eric who manages the installs. He took a look at a photo of the install and immediately said they would fix it (not even a hint of pushback). The next day a service tech came out and installed a completely new 50 gallon tank. The next time I have to replace a hot water heater I’m definitely calling the Hot Water Heater Pros, they’ve earned my trust.

Whew!
As usual, our 8 year old unit failed just before the holiday weekend. After reading numerous reviews, I chose this company. The owner was so patient with my questions over the holiday and I completely respected that his team had the weekend off. Very class act in this day and age.
But, as of 11am Monday morning, we have a beautifully installed heatpump water heater. Hoping for some electricity savings! Thanks to Steve and Cole!! Thank you so much!!

The install was quick. The price was competitive. I did have a small issue with a noise after running water. The guys had to come out a few times to resolve the issue (due to me not being able to reproduce it while they were here), but they did fix the issue once they could hear what I was hearing. They were always prompt, kind, and took the time to explain everything to me. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

These guys are literal life savers. We were getting the run around from other big name plumbers and had been out of hot water for 3 days. My husband talked to Chris at The Hot Water Heater Pros and he ordered the part we needed, got it next day and installed the day he got the part. These guys provide great service .When I discovered one day that our water heater was no longer heating water I knew we needed to replace our system and I wanted a top quality tankless system.
After I did a lot of research I was able to connect with The Hot Water Heater Pros. I called them mid-day and they were able to schedule an appointment to come out that afternoon. They confirmed the problems with my old system. Then they reviewed with me several different systems . I made my choice accepted the quote they provided and they were back to install my new unit the very next morning. The system works great !!

Our water heater went out on a Friday afternoon. After calling several companies, The Hot Water Heater Pros was the only one that could be out early Monday to replace it. They gave me a quote over the phone and it ended up being the final price. Extremely transparent on pricing.

The small crew arrived on time and quickly assessed that the standard heater they had brought would not fit properly. After a quick phone call, they walked me through a few alternatives that will work. After making a decision, one member left to get another heater while the other removed the dead one.

The guys were very courteous, did a great job, and left the area cleaner than they found it. They walked me through what to expect and told me to call if I had any issues.

I will be recommending these guys to anyone that has a need!

I have worked with these guys for our house and our rental property and they are fantastic. Two nights ago our tenant called at 8:45 pm to say that the water heater was leaking badly. I left a voicemail for the water heater pros at 8:50 PM. At 6:45 AM the next morning I had a text and an appointment and the whole thing was resolved by 11 AM. They also installed a tankless heater at our primary residence with the same degree of responsiveness and quality. Spectacular service. Highly recommend.

I had water running from my broken water heater and once these guys found out that I had water running they figured out a way to get to me same day. I really appreciated this, not only because the water was running but the next day I would be in bed for a night shift and it would be hard to sleep with water heater installation just below my bedroom, or at least I figured. These guys were neat and clean about their work, fast, installed what I think is a good brand of water heater after some research, and were quite reasonably priced. We had to pay with two different debit cards and they figured out a way to make it work. Everything about my experience was great. Highly recommend these guys.

Very impressed with every aspect of this company. I requested some information and the owner, Eric, responded immediately. And after I sent him a photo of my existing water heater, he gave me a firm quote and scheduled me for a few days later.
The installation was schedule for 11:00am and the crew were here within a couple of minutes of the schedule. The job was done quickly, with the upmost professionalism, and cleaned up before they left (with the old water heater). All in all, I could not be more satisfied with The Hot Water Heater Pros!

From the initial phone support to the service call, everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and attentive, and were very open about the process, pricing and my options.

A different company had previously just looked at my water heater and quoted a high price for replacement, while this crew took the time to diagnose the actual condition, and then give me a set of well-explained options. They also educated me on how to maintain the system to avoid potential issues going forward. To me, this built a lot of trust, and speaks volumes to their integrity.

My follow-up questions were also handled very graciously, and I appreciate how helpful and personable the entire experience was.

Great experience with Steve and Chuck from The Water Heater Pros! Called this morning at 7:15am to deal with a water heater leak I discovered last night. They were to my house before 8am and immediately diagnosed the problem. My inner tank was leaking and needed to be replaced. They ran to Nashville and back to get a replacement and had everything installed and back up and running by 11:15am. Amazing!! They were both very personable and were helpful in explaining what needed to be done and what they were doing along the way. Also gave me some things to look out for going forward. 100% would recommend!
